What’s the Most Challenging Thing About GMing?

This question popped into my head yesterday:

What is the most challenging thing about GMing for you?

I love GMing but sometimes I struggle with being ready “enough” for the session. I’m wondering what you find hardest? (And can Raging Swan Press do anything to make it easier?)
