Reading

  • The Square of Seven: Historical fiction set in Cornwall featuring a family feud and cartomancy. Great book—recommended!

  • The Comfort Crisis by Michael Easter. Fantastic book. Read it!

  • Tiny Experiments by Anne-Laure Le Cnuff. Fascinating. Highly recommended.

  • 24 Assets by Daniel Priestly (building a business—what the hell I might as well try to be professional!)

  • Matterhorn: An epic story set during the Vietnam war. Compelling stuff; well worth a read.

  • Atomic Habits: This is an epic book I’m reading again after having listened to the audiobook in May. I’d forgotten how great this book is.

  • The Organised Writer. A book about how to get the important stuff done on time with less hassle. Bonus!

  • Art Thief: Compelling true story of Europe’s most prolific art thief. Incredible (quick) read.

  • Meditations for Mortals: From the writer of 4,000 Weeks (which you should read); 28 suggestions for living a “better” life— ”better” as you describe it.

Playing

Creighton’s 5e Edgelands of Darkness campaign set in Ashlar continues; at the moment, the characters are “enjoying” the 5e version of When a Star Falls.
