  • Glossography of Ashlar Print Edition: Work continues on the Glossography of Ashlar pocket print edition; the goal for this books is to produce a handy reference guide to the duchy that will easily fit behind any GM’s screen. This print and PDF book is on track for an August release. We now await the physical proof.

  • The Dread Companion: Work is well advanced on the Dread Companion. This small book provides lists of 20 Things and Monstrous Lair installments suitable for each of the Dungeon Backdrops presented in the Dread Dungeononomicon. This print and PDF book is on track for a September release. We now await the physical proof.

  • Treasure Dressing: Armour: Many of our patrons have requested we update All That Glimmers with 5e and OSR editions of this old classic. This process has begun with Treasure Dressing: Armour and initial design is almost complete. Treasure Dressing: Weapons is the follow-up release. Both books are by Richard Green. Treasure Dressing: Armour is on track for a late October release.

Reading

  • Atomic Habits: This is an epic book I’m reading again after having listened to the audiobook in May. I’d forgotten how great this book is.

  • The Organised Writer. A book about how to get the important stuff done on time with less hassle. Bonus!

Playing

  • Edgelands of Darkness (Creighton’s Monday night 5e Duchy of Ashlar campaign) continues; the characters are all now 5th-level, and we have started season two. The characters have left Dunstone and are in the process of exploring the Starfall Chantry after a less than ideal encounter with a medusa.

  • Ravenloft: Creighton has just started suffering in Ravenloft on Wednesday nights. It’s going well. I have just reached 5th-level. I haven’t played a paladin/cleric before! I’ve slain three vampires. I am sanguine.
